Want a fun activity for your little ones this Christmas? Why not make a sliding puzzle featuring cute forest animals? This Christmas animal puzzle is a great way to keep them entertained and help them learn new skills.
- A4 Paper
- Cardboard
- Coloured markers
- Scissors
- Glue Stick
How to a Christmas Animal Puzzle
Step 1
Print the colouring templates to make the puzzles and colour them with markers or simply use the already coloured versions.
Prepare the cardboard: 2 sheets of cardboard 20×20 cm each (2 sheets for 1 colouring, 4 for both).
Step 2
Carefully cut out the colouring page.
Step 3
Glue the colouring page onto the the cardboard sheets.
Step 4
Now to cut the puzzle pieces. Carefully cut out the frame and individual puzzle pieces. Ask an adult to help you cut out the frame.
Step 5
Print the numbers and glue them on the back of the colouring page.
Step 6
Cut out each box of the colouring page.
Step 7
Glue the frame to the second piece of cardboard.
Step 8
Place each puzzle piece inside.
Step 9
Complete the puzzle by sliding the boxes inside the frame. If the boxes are too difficult to slide, you can re-cut each box by 1 millimeter all around.
Now you can create your own puzzles with different pictures!
